The first step is to initialize the bot. 

This bot will read data from a spreadsheet and it will then automatically generate an invoice using that data in PDF format. It will also automatically send the invoice through mail.  

This entire process shown here is performed by the bot, without any manual intervention. Here, we have intervened and divided the whole process in different slides for your better understanding.

The bot will select the file where invoice data is stored. This data will be used to generate the invoice.

This is the excel sheet that the bot uses to generate invoice.

The bot will automatically fill in all the information from the spreadsheet into this invoice layout.

It will then automatically generate an invoice in PDF format and send it through mail to the concerned person.

The invoice is generated as a PDF and is ready to download.
