They are a pioneer in sleep science innovations and waking people up to the power of sleep since 2003. Their industry-leading mattresses, adjustable foundations, and sleep systems are produced and distributed at facilities in Michigan and New York. The Client is also known for conducting research to improve their products and make great sleep a reality for everyone.

Challenge

No project management setup for running the developments.

Solution

Instead of doing code, we finished most of the part by leveraging the existing GTM implementation.

Setting up agile project management resulted in faster feature deliveries.

The Objective

The client uses Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other systems for marketing and sales organizations. They were seeking to integrate CJ Affiliate with Salesforce Commerce Cloud for sending data and setting up workflows in Salesforce for their business requirements.

The Challenge

The client was facing multiple challenges like:

  • No project management setup for running the developments.
  • Prioritization of requirements.
  • Technical challenges as they did not have a Salesforce certified LINK cartridge available.

The Solution

The client is engaged with Technology Mindz to perform a detailed review and analysis of their current business logic implementation and how to fit CJ into the existing website.

  • Instead of doing code, we finished most of the part by leveraging the existing GTM implementation.
  • Implemented server-side cookie creation to capture the unique click ID.
  • Implemented page visit tags to capture the customer clickstream and journey.
  • Implemented order conversion tags to capture the order details and click ID if available.
  • Implemented concurrent tracking with inbound server to server.

Technical Approach

For fulfilling the client’s requirements, we applied the following approach-

  • Setup JIRA as a user story and project management tool with Kanban board.
  • Setup once a week meeting for backlog grooming and new requirements gathering.

The Benefits

After implementing the solutions, client got the following benefits-

  • By using this tracking system, the client is able to identify the customers and their interest in the products.
  • It is now helpful in creating new campaigns on different channels for customers.
