The client was using Salesforce for marketing and sales operations and wanted to get it optimized to get the best out of Salesforce. Their specific objectives included automating the email sending process, revamping the design of the quotation template, and implementing automatic updates for various fields.
We used our expertise and helped our client with their specific requirements. This helped them to get the best out of Salesforce and generate new opportunities for their business.

The client wanted to modernize the template of quotes sent to the customers as it had a very old design and format.
They were facing challenges in sending an automated email for the defined conditions.

The client was unable to automatically attach quote PDF with emails to be sent to the customers.
- We created a record trigger flow to update the date fields automatically.
- Created a visualforce page to modernize the quote templates, updated existing visualforce page, apex classes to resolve the issues, and updated existing flows.
- Created custom fields, list views, buttons, and actions. Created email templates and email alerts and sent them automatically from the flow.
- Designed the quote pdf and fetched values automatically and implemented the formulas for total & grand total as per the category.
