Our client is a leading financial services provider aiming to enhance the efficiency of their loan application process. They sought a solution to streamline data management, integrate borrower and co-borrower details, and automate applicant communication. Their goal was to reduce manual processes and create a seamless loan application experience for both underwriters and customers.
The client required a system that consolidated borrower, co-borrower, and co-signer details into a single interface. They needed an integrated solution allowing loan officers to fill out applications conveniently while ensuring automated communication with all relevant parties. Additionally, they wanted to fetch customer-filled details from their portal and display them within the system for better efficiency.
We designed and implemented a Salesforce Lightning component tailored to the client’s needs. This component unified multiple applicant details into a single form, reducing the risk of errors and improving processing speed. We automated the email verification process, enabling quick communication with borrowers and co-signers.
