Our client is a Non-profit organization, passionately serving the communities of South Jersey by providing STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education to students of all ages and preparing them to enter the fast-paced I.T. and IoT workforce.

The client was looking for email automation and a framework to directly link their email and calendar applications with the Salesforce. They wanted to focus on other important areas and enhance their productivity.

We configured Einstein activity capture for the client and did email automation for them. Einstein activity Capture is a productivity-boosting tool that helps keep data between Salesforce and email and calendar applications up to date. We integrated their calendar and email applications directly with Salesforce. They were able to enhance their efficiency and deliver impactful outcomes. We helped them to automate the process of sending mails and track their email activity through Einstein activity capture in an organized and structured  way.
