Our client is a Non-profit organization that provides personalized care and support to families affected by cancer. In order to engage with their donors and other constituents, they were manually sending mails without proper management of these tasks and thus were facing some challenges. We helped them to create and manage these tasks properly by configuring engagement plan for them.
The client was facing challenges in manually creating and completing the tasks. The client was also facing challenges in sending mails manually. They wanted to shift to automation to simplify these tasks and increase their productivity.
We integrated engagement plan for them that helped to automate the process of assigning and performing the tasks. It helped them to standardize repetitive tasks like sending welcome messages or thank you messages.
