Our client provides real estate and planning teams with an innovative suite of online tools to manage information and communication for projects. Their services aim to improve engagement, reduce project costs, and save time through streamlined workflows and collaboration tools.
The client struggled with inefficiencies in task and email management within Salesforce. They required a solution to associate tasks with multiple records, such as projects and opportunities, and a robust system for email integration and tracking. Their existing Einstein Activity Capture system failed to meet these requirements, creating gaps in data visibility and management.
We replaced Einstein Activity Capture with Email to Salesforce (ETS) to enable seamless email integration and tracking. Additionally, we configured Salesforce to associate tasks with projects and opportunities, ensuring better visibility across records. Historical email data was migrated from EAC to ETS, centralizing communication tracking for greater operational efficiency.

The inability to associate tasks with records beyond contacts created inefficiencies in managing tasks across projects and opportunities. This lack of flexibility made tracking and updating task progress cumbersome.
The existing email integration with Einstein Activity Capture did not create tasks or store email data in Salesforce, leading to poor visibility of email exchanges.
Email communications remained scattered due to EAC’s limitations, preventing centralized tracking and monitoring of client interactions.
