Our client offers a number of products in the area of language translations. They make localization and translation seamless and enable global businesses to reach customers in their native languages, across any channel.
The client was using Salesforce and Looker for marketing and sales purposes. There was an improper integration between both the systems which led to many challenges in conducting daily business operations. The client was already using Salesforce but was unable to harness its maximum potential. They were looking for a technology partner who could help them address their challenges.
We solved the challenges that our client was facing by updating integration between both the systems and automating workflows.

Data discrepancies between Salesforce and looker which led to incorrect analytics and decision making. These discrepancies also led to billing errors.
The client was not utilizing Salesforce standard features and data model properly.
Dissatisfaction among the client's customers since they were facing billing errors due to missing data in Salesforce. This was happening due to improper integration between Looker and Salesforce.
- Replaced usage of opportunity and opportunity line items with order and order line items for order fulfilments.
- Suggested Salesforce standard data model to the client and migrated existing data into the new data model.
- Created batch apex for doing one time data migration of existing data from opportunity and opportunity line items to order and order line items. This included transforming the data to be accepted into the new order and order line item data model.
- Updated integration of Salesforce and Looker to remove data discrepancies and billing errors. Updates to existing integration with looker to populate data on Salesforce standard order data model.
