Our client is a Non-profit organization that provides personalized care and support to the families affected by cancer. The organization strives to provide a family with whatever it is that will allow them a bit of “breathing room” from their daily struggle against cancer. The client earlier did not have a structured framework to maintain the status of outbound funds. This case study illustrates how Salesforce's Outbound funds module helped our client to efficiently manage their funding programs, enabling them to make a more significant impact on those they serve.
